Another month spent doing nights and I’ve managed to shift another 5 lbs getting down to 10 stone 9 lbs.\u00c2\u00a0 Somewhere along the line I hit a plateau and the weight wouldn’t come off.\u00c2\u00a0 Probably to do with the physical activity dropping off for a bit.\u00c2\u00a0 Once it picked up though the weight started to come off again.<\/p>\n
At 10 stone 9 lbs I’m now down to a 32 1\/4″ waist and a 14 1\/2″ collar.\u00c2\u00a0 Considering I started off at somewhere in the region of a 34″ waist and a 16″ collar I am pretty pleased.\u00c2\u00a0 It all remains to be seen whether I can continue to keep the weight of f or will it all go straight back on again when I go off on holiday next week for four weeks with no regular trips to the gym.\u00c2\u00a0 I’m planning on doing quite a bit of outdoors stuff so if I am lucky I’ll even manage to lose some weight.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
